Restaurant / Dining Information Dine on property at Restaurant REM, the latest offering from James Beard award winning Chef Robert McGrath. A full bar and coffee/deli cafe is also located on property. Room Service can be enjoyed poolside or in the Bungalows. Opens January 4, 2009 after re-model.

Meeting Facility

Meeting / Conference Information Functions as large as 160 persons can be held on property or in the garden areas. There is a Private Dinning Room that seats 50 people at the resturnat and a Boardroom Suite that has seating for 12. The restuant has seating for groups of 100 for breakfast, lunch or dinner. All audio visual needs are available for rental.
